Whether you need support on an ad hoc, short-term or full-time basis, the charges are simple and affordable so that you know exactly what to expect.

The standard rate is £25 per hour (minimum charge).
You can also buy blocks of hours to use within a 6 month period.
Packages can be arranged on request.

Payment Terms: 14 days via BACS transfer.

Terms and Conditions

Work can be accepted by email, post, CD, USB drive or courier

Client to have their own anti-virus software in place for receiving/sending files

Final proof-reading to be done by the Client, along with final check for approval of completed work.

Any changes to the agreed brief or any additions to the brief made by the Client will be charged as an additional agreed cost and invoiced separately.

Any mistakes are to be sent back within 3 business days of Client receipt.

For larger projects a time frame will be negotiated with the Client.

APC Virtual Assistant does not accept liability or responsibility for the end use of any documents or materials produced or edited on behalf of the Client.

APC Virtual Assistant reserves the right to reject any work which it believes to be unlawful or immoral.
